How to Schedule Your Consultation

Start with a 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your pet's needs, followed by a free Meet & Greet to establish a personalized care plan. Simply register your details, schedule a phone call, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Important Booking Information

Before the Meet & Greet, please ensure that all required information is provided, including your pet's vaccination records. This ensures we can provide proper care in case of emergencies. Special requirements are not needed before the initial phone consultation but must be submitted before the Meet & Greet.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. A $10 cancellation fee applies to same-day cancellations, unless due to inclement weather.
